A two-day consultative meeting of members of the Anambra State Ministry of Justice, Anambra State Judiciary, Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Private Legal Practitioner, Civil Society Organization and the Media to discuss intensely on the violence against person prohibition law with an intent of review or to amend the law.

Advocacy to Igwe Omasi

The Nwanyibuife Coalition group paid a visit to the traditional ruler of Omasi and the Chairman traditional ruler council for Ayamelum Local Government Area HRH Igwe B. O Okeji (Ezedioramma Na Omasi).

In his words, he expressed joy for the decision of women to be politically inclined. He said he has always canvassed for female inclusion in politics and was responsible for the appointment of the first female Head of Service in Anambra state. He said he is willing to support the course of bringing up a female Governor in the State.
